History
Founded in 1985 by Christopher Blyth, as part of an international group, Synectics Medical has become the UK's leading distributor of pH and motility systems. Based on the principles of good customer service, expertise and reliability, the company has established a reputation that is second to none.
As part of a group of similar companies set up worldwide, Synectics Medical has been distributing pH and motility products since 1985 and has become the market leader in this field in the UK, as their parent company became the worldwide market leader.
In 1999, Medtronic Inc., having purchased the Synectics group, made Synectics Medical Ltd its sole distributor for its GI Function Testing Systems, which now includes the revolutionary new wireless Bravo pH recording system.
More recently, Synectics Medical have been appointed to represent Unisoft Medical Limited, who, in co-operation with a team of gastroenterologists in the UK , have developed the GI Reporting Tool an easy-to-use software suite designed specifically for endoscopy reporting procedures.
We are market leaders in the UK for pH and motility equipment, owing in a large part to our commitment to service and support of our customers. Synectics Medical is ISO 9001 registered.
